Experience our classic Aston Martin collection and rediscover the road! Bespokes offers this fully managed event for a full day's on-road driving through the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire countryside.

Itinerary

Briefing - Registration and coffee at 9am followed by a presentation and outline of your itinerary day.

Teams - We'll put you in a team of two, swapping drivers and Ferraris throughout the day. You'll spend half the time driving, and half the time navigating in your team.

Challenge - In your teams of two, search for clues in a fun treasure hunt as you drive through the countryside, swapping cars at locations en-route.

Venue - The Hertfordshire countryside is yours for the taking, starting from the Holiday Inn at Brent Cross, at the bottom of the M1.

Prices are based on drivers being aged 30 to 65 years of age, and are exclusive of VAT.

All drivers must have held a full licence (UK or overseas) for a minimum of two years. We will not accept drivers with more than 6 current points on their licence, or convictions for drink or drug driving, dangerous or careless driving within the past 5 years.

All drivers are subject to approval on completion of a Bespokes insurance proposal form.

Insurance

Fully Comprehensive insurance is inclusive.

Booking & Cancellation

We charge a non-refundable £100 Booking Fee. Unfortunatley, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of the event date.

Excess Deposit

Each participant is subject to an excess of £1000 which is authorised by your credit card on the day of the event. This excess acts threefold:

1. As a security bond
2. As payment towards any mechanical damage which is not covered by our Insurers, eg, tyres, wheels, clutch, gearbox sustained during the hire period, excluding normal wear and tear, due to misuse and abuse.
3. As an insurance excess against any accidental damage or loss caused to the vehicles by a third party or the hirer. The hirer is liable for the first £1000 of any claim.

Bespokes liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge. No consequential loss liability will be covered.

Indemnity

Subject to receipt of a signed indemnity form confirming that the driver will indemnify Bespokes Classic Ltd against all fines, penalties & liabilities imposed on Bespokes Classic Ltd or arising in respect of any non compliance or contravention of any transport, traffic or other law or regulation, together with any costs or expenses relating thereto incurred by Bespokes Classic Ltd. The driver will also be responsible for any costs for repairs to tyres, wheels, clutch, gearbox that was sustained by them during the event due to misuse and abuse.

Use of Vehicle

The vehicles may not be used for any purposes for which they are not expressly designed and must expressly be used for the purpose of the organised Ferrari Sports Car Day event. No unauthorised drivers are permitted to drive the vehicles.

Availability

Should circumstances dictate, and a car listed is not available, a car of similar appeal will be substituted.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however once an event has been booked and a deposit received, we will not alter the price for that event.
